My mission: Each cake creation and each chocolate will create a lasting memory of your
important moments for you, your colleagues, your family and your friends.
Large or intimate, every special event deserves it's own magic.
Fascinated by colors, textures and visual balance, I have had a passion for desserts since I was a teenager.
After a brief detour in the world of cinema, I obtained my degree in pastry from the Institut du Tourisme et de l'Hôtellerie du Québec in 1999. I then found my place in the restaurant and hotel industry where I evolve and perfect myself for more than 15 years here in Montreal, but also abroad where I go into exile for five years!
It was shortly after my return to the country, having become a mother and with the deep desire to concentrate on my first loves (chocolate and cakes) that Les Mains sucrées are born.
For over 7 years now, I have felt privileged to create so much delight and beauty and to witness the amazed gazes of each of my clients.
